Terms and Conditions
By booking a charter with Emerald Islands Boating, you agree to the following terms:

Booking & Payment
- A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your date.
- All passengers must be accounted for in the booking to comply with USCG capacity limits.

Cancellation & Weather Policy
- Customer Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the trip will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a fee or forfeit of deposit.
- Weather: The Captain has the final say on weather safety. If we cancel due to unsafe conditions (e.g., lightning, high winds), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Safety & Conduct
- Captain's Authority: The Captain is in total command of the vessel. Any passenger who puts the vessel or others at risk may result in immediate termination of the trip without refund.
- Illegal Substances: No illegal drugs are permitted on board. Use of such substances will result in the immediate return to the dock and notification of authorities.
- Alcohol: Responsible consumption of alcohol is permitted for guests 21+.

Liability Waiver
- All guests must sign a standard Liability Waiver before boarding.
- Emerald Islands Boating is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items (phones, cameras, etc.) during the charter.

Damages
The booking party is responsible for any damage caused to the vessel or equipment (e.g., lily pads, paddleboards) beyond normal wear and tear.
